here's how you can help us ensure a smooth process

1) Air Conditioning:

Please keep the air conditioning on. The heat can be intense, even in the dry season. Sweat can stain fabrics and make handling your new blinds more difficult.

No air conditioning no install - This applies to Broome installs only.

2) Furniture:

Please move any furniture near the installation areas about a meter from the wall or to the sides. While we’re pretty handy, wrestling a 500kg solid hardwood bed wasn't included in the quote—and, let's be honest, it’s not part of our workout plan either! 😅

3) Health & Safety:

We take safety seriously and appreciate a clean work area. We'll treat your home like we would our own, meaning we wouldn’t leave fragile or precious items in an area where work's being done. So, if you have a priceless vase or a stack of delicate figurines, maybe give them a little holiday in a safe corner.

We'll clean up any mess we create during the installation, but sorry your mess is yours to keep! 😄

4) Product Disposal:

We don’t dispose of old products or packaging materials. However, if disposal hasn’t been arranged, we’ll do our best to fit the old products into the new packaging think of it as a bit of Tetris! That said, it won’t always be possible.
